Arrived 15 minutes prior to my initial appointment at the Centralia office and checked in. Within fifteen minutes everyone everyone in the waiting room had been called and were replaced by a new batch. This happened three times. At 75 minutes past my appointment I finally went to the counter and told the check-in person that I was not going to wait anymore and to cancel my appointment.. this is the worst of the worst to get anyone on the phone, to get any question answered. will never ever recommend
Impossible to make a direct call to your doctor or team. You can no longer use the phone to request med refills. All contact must be done on the patient portal with no timely reply or acknowledgment. Very poor communications
