this is the worst of the worst to get anyone on the phone, to get any question answered. will never ever recommend

Impossible to make a direct call to your doctor or team. You can no longer use the phone to request med refills. All contact must be done on the patient portal with no timely reply or acknowledgment. Very poor communications
