Our daughter passed away in the PICU on July 17 this past summer and while it was the most horrific experience of our lives, we couldn't be more thankful for the incredible doctors and nurses who cared for our sweet baby girl and our entire family during our time there. Dr. Pitcher performed two surgeries on her and he was nothing short of an angel on Earth as he cared for her. We will be forever grateful for these selfless people who walked the dark road of infant loss with us. Most amazing hospital in the world.
Simply amazing drs and nurses
They were amazing when my son had open heart surgery in December 2018. Very attentive to him and his issues. Also very caring when he was sick and was flown out to Iowa city fighting for his life. I would send anyone and everyone with kids here.
The staff was so caring for our infant granddaughter and our family — especially on the day she passed away. I am forever grateful for their compassion at a difficult time.
The best hospital around in my opinion, we travel an hour away to get the great care and compassion from the doctors and staff here. We wouldnt have children if it weren't for this hospital, forever grateful for them.
We absolutely LOVE this hospital, especially Floor 11. We have zero complaints about the care our son has received here for bilateral Wilms Tumor. ❤️
