Feels great to have such a knowledgeable staff at the UIHC. When new information is coming at you so quickly, you miss bits and pieces. They will go over and over it until you feel comfortable and they also make you feel like there are no "stupid" questions. They show great compassion and are very caring. We are lucky to have the UIHC so close.

I feel like I won the lottery with the fantastic Dr's and nurses that took care of my son! Ian Law, and his wonderful nurse, also the anesthetic team in the cardiac unit were all very caring and completely on point. I have never been more impressed with a group of people working together ! Dr. Law took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions. Also, a very cool perk was the pager we were given and updates through the procedure .
