The staff at children's hospital are remarkable. MRI dept was remarkable to make my grandsons test go easily. Recovery had two of best nurses I have ever ment. His room nurse treated him as her own. Been to alot of hospitals and this is the first class. They also treated grandma to first class while she spent day and night here with grandson.
Very impressive campus with new children's hospital opening soon. Staff was very wonderful and accomodating. If I could I would give them a 4.5/5 instead of the 5 mostly because of miscommunication issues with doctors and the change in direction of care that was explained somewhat in the end.
We found out in November 2016 that my son had stage 2 t cell lymphoblastic lymphoma. I was blown away. The doctors and nurses all the hospital staff were and still are amazing. They helped me understand what was going on. I went from super nervous and scared to knowing that everything was going to be OK. Thank you to everyone who has helped us so far.
This has to be the best children's hospital in America. I've been to the children's hospital in Peoria and a couple out west but by far the best staff, friendly and open to questions. Along with the services provided to family, which is 5 star for comfort and hospitality. The doctors gave us constant updates as well as the superb medical staff. Thank you for saving my grandson life, words are not enough to express my gratitude
We went to the pediatric eye clinic for my great granddaughter. She has a lazy eye and her vision in her eye is not as good as it should be. She will wear a patch for a few weeks to see if the vision improves and her eye muscles develop. If she still has the lazy eye, she will need surgery. She is 2 1/2 and does not understand what is happening to her. The doctors and other people were wonderful, thorough, and explained every thing very well. We had a very good experience!
The best care around! Our daughter wouldn't be here today without this amazing hospital and her fantastic team.
Disappointed that they have excluded child psych from this *beautiful, new hospital. Our children are deprived of the luxuries accommodated to the rest of the peds units.
My daughter spent most of her 11 months of life here and they're the best! I'm thankful for the care and the love she received from her doctors and nurses.
Is it true they don't offer inpatient child psych services? That's very sad. You are missing the opportunity to provide 100% care for children as mental health is a very important component to overall health and well-being.
