My niece was in the children’s hospital recently and everyone there was so very nice and informative! We all felt very comfortable with her care and always had our questions answered! Such a wonderful place!
Our stay last week was exceptional! All the staff was amazing , couldn’t of asked for a better staff and team to help take care of my daughter !!
Ive started my journey at childrens hospital. I beat cancer 5 times.Recommend this place to anyone. Your not just a number there you become family.
This past Thursday I was down in Iowa city for a surgery on my jaw I am the biggest baby when it comes to anything medical. The staff were the absolute best they were extremely calming after passing out and having a Seizure! They were so caring to help me calm down after troubles with an IV I never ran into even a single rude person. Well the picu was great however I'm on the 10th floor and they are rude I'm not allowed to go to any common areas or even use a microwave. The nurses are rude as shit won't answer any questions they put a line in my sons head and didn't tell me they told me they were going to do oral meds and lied about it. I was told I could get a food voucher 4 days later still waiting on that. I will forever tell people avoid this hospital at all costs! Not happy at all
