Extremely rude over the phone, made me feel so uncomfortable and belittled, put the phone down on me for no reason. I am extremely unhappy about the service I have received, you should be ashamed to treat your patients in this way. Disgusting
suffering from a really painful ear infection, but they wouldnt see me as a temporary patient despite the guidance on NHS website saying any gp can see you as a temporary patient for up to 14 days. screw you.
I am an international student at UWE. Health system is very different in here than my country so I struggled a lot when I first came here. I tried to use the health centre at UWE for couple times and had the worst experience ever. People in the reception are obviously not want to be there and every time I went there to get help, they made sure that I feel not welcomed.
