Genuinely the best student estate agents/landlords in Belfast. Paul and Margaret are patient, honest, reliable, and considerate people. Any time we needed a hand, it was given. Staying with them was the only time, during my university days in Belfast, that I genuinely felt I had a home. Please consider using University Area Properties if you need somewhere to stay.
Paul and Margaret were fantastic landlords. They were always kind, approachable, and very understanding. Any minor issues were dealt with quickly and without fuss. Couldn’t have asked for better landlords – highly recommended!
For the past 2 years I have rented a property from Maragret and Paul (UAP) and I can safely say they are the absolute best. When it came to any issues with the property, it was dealt with immediately with a hands on approach and with the utmost care and attention.
