Have used Universal Plumbing several times and have always been pleased with their work. Always on time. Able to schedule you quickly when you have a problem. They take time to explain what needs or has been done and warranties. And they always leave your house clean.
The technician was on time and was able to address my issue in a timely manner: connected the water line on a new refrigerator. He explained everything and checked my sump pump and water heater. I am always pleased with their service. Highly recommend.
So easy to schedule, they had an opening and were able to come a day early. The work was completed quickly, and no messes! Technicians answered my questions regarding other plumbing work I need done, and stated they have an attached company that can help with some electrical work as well - so much easier to deal with a familiar company than to do an online search. Very pleased!
