We have used Universal Plumbing and Sewer for about 5 years for everything from a leaky toilet to major repair involving tearing up the basement floor, **********, back flow flaps, sump pump, and more. They have always been efficient, kind, and professional. They came out today for maintenance and reassured me everything looked good. Universal plumbing came out to review my sump pump and drain tiles. They ran a snake with Camera through the drain tiles and found sediment buildup that they broke up and confirmed there was no damage. The crews were professional and transparent with their work. Highly recommend using their service.
Had a major problem sewage pipes collapsed under basement floor. Universal helped me with insurance claim of over $10000. They came in and broke open 60 feet of floor in basement , it was a huge job , all the employees were respectful and friendly and did an incredible job of keeping the mess to a minimum. I would recommend 100%
When we had new counters and sinks installed, we found that our shut off valves were leaking. Universal came out the next day with an estimate and the following day to do the repairs.They notify you 1/2 hour before their arrival.They are clean and very considerate of your home.Highly recommended.
