Our sump pump failed over the weekend and started spraying water in the basement. I called on Sunday and they were able to get a technician out to the house within the hour. He was very polite, fast and explained all that needed to be done. He took care of the immediate problem and provided an estimate for the additional work. The area was left clean and all the old pipe removed. Very pleased with the work that was done.

Definitely the best plumbing company available in Eastern ******* Area These folks repaired items I had three or four different plumbers look at, they could not figure it out.Universal technicians diagnosed and repaired the problem same day.
We had a Generator installed by Universal power services. They are professional, organized, efficient, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure the installation went smoothly and we were happy, also made sure everything was cleaned up when they were done. I really liked the whole crew, including the sweet ladies in the office. I highly recommend them!
Universal plumbing did a great job. **** and another guy came over and did a wonderful job fixing the problem and being efficient. They were also very nice and explained things thoroughly. Great job! I would pick them again
