Very responsive, which is great when you walk downstairs and see 3 inches of standing water because your sump pump gave out. Came in, took care of business and left the area clean and tidy when they left (they didnt clean up the water. They were there to replace the sump pump). Also, found a code violation and fixed it without charging more. I appreciated it

June 2024 Absolutely fantastic service. Needed a replacement spigot for my backyard garden. they completed the work in about an hour. no messes, and the quality of the spigot was way better than the parts at ********** or Lowes.

** did a great job replacing a couple of spigots and shut off valves in my house. He was respectful, hard working, very neat and pleasant. I would totally call Universal Plumbing and ask for JD again! Thank you for doing such a good job!!!!!

Technician (****) was great! He was professional and helpful, and timely. The added touch of a picture with arrival time estimate on the day of service was a great touch for communication via text. Called the day prior to service and they fit us in on the next day! Great clean up after drain clog issue too by the technician. All in all, would recommend and use again! The initial customer service call fee was also removed as a new customer so that was a nice surprise too. Thank you for good work and experience!
