I was getting the run around from another company for three days now. I called and spoke with **** who was very nice and understanding. I set up an appointment for 6pm and my technician **** arrived on time. He was very nice, professional and took time to explain what needed to be done. He completed the repair and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend Universal Plumbing.

The persons name was **** and I am very, very satisfied. I needed a filler valve for a guest bedroom toilet, and he came in and only a few minutes., He took care of the whole thing! I will be calling Back when I need another plumbing issue ! He has five out of five stars and the company also has five out of five stars!

If it were possible I would give *************************** the two young men that came out today TEN STARS!! There were, by far, the nicest, most courteous, considerate guys to welcome to our home! From the very moment they arrived I loved them! Offered to answer any & all questions I might have had & left our bathroom as clean as it was when they arrived. As a result, we WILL be having these same two come back to do some more plumbing work!!

Every tech that has worked on my house is always super professional. ***, the in-house ********* is amazing and gets things done. ****** and **** came today and found it problem right away and got it fixed. ****** still remembered doing the shower work from 3 years ago. Good to see these guys staying with the company. Solid company, solid people, always here when they say they'll be here. I will not use another plumber.
