*********scam********* I was looking at prices online and someone called me to give me some offers like up to 120% over the KBB price and still buy the car for what their site says. When I got there they are saying my car is valued $3000 less and they won’t honor the email I got with the information. When I ask how do they come up with their trade in value they just give me a long answer that the conclusion is “whatever they say goes”. I'm driving a 2015 versa and it over heats if you turn the air on while driving. They wanted $285 just to put it on the diagnostic machine. So I guess I will be riding around hot and sweaty and hair that looks like I put my finger in a light socket. DO NOT BUY A NESSAN!
Today was the second time I attempted to get a oil change at this place for my 16 Genesis. After I was told that my car required synthetic oil (which is not true). I asked if they can speak to the manager because I refuse to put synthetic oil into a Hyundai. The manager agreed but came back and said it will be a 10 dollar up charge because the oil change was "hard to preform, on this vehicle." Which is another lie.
