I had the most pleasant experience with Universal Nissan. All the staffs from sales agents to finance managers were friendly and professional. They are no professional, they mean and rude sorry but that is my experiences in this dealer, i never bring nobody there, the only thing is a beautiful place but the employees need training about costumer services, i went 2 times and both was different people with the same actitud �
We want to thank Universal Nissan! We were on vacation from Wisconsin with our Nissan Pathfinder when we had significant car trouble. While they were extremely busy with the year end, the service department found the time to look at our car and get it back to working order in just a day and a half so we could make our drive today back home. In 2 weeks, I took my car to Universal Nissan twice for repair. the first time, they said that the problem was the sparks plug, I paid expensive price for the product and the service. The service at Universal Nissan is the worst. I had an appointment to check the battery on my Nissan Leaf and thought it would be awhile so I dropped it off. Nine hours later, no one had called to provide the status of my car. I left two voicemails with my service tech and he would not call me back. When I called the main line, I was transferred all around and just put in with voicemail again. I asked to speak with a supervisor, same run around. Epically bad service.
