Bought a 2018 Nissan Kicks and had multiple issues with car and the last issue I had was that the paint faded and the service dept told me they could not do nothing about it and they were not responsible for the issue with the paint. Now figure you sold me the car and not even of having the car the paint faded but yet how is that not your responsibility. 🙀 very unprofessional of suck a big dealership not correct an issue with a car they sold not even a year of having it. I recently purchased a car at Universal Nissan in Orlando. I did some shopping around before I made the final decision, and although I received a slightly better offer at another dealer, I decided to buy the car with Universal because of the quality of their service and the credibility they established during the process. The sales person Jake McNeely is fantastic, very professional and made the process very easy and seamless. Highly recommended.
My father and I came to get a new car and left happy as can be in our new 2019 Pathfinder Rock Creek. We love the service here. Sam was really nice, we made a good friend that day. Our experience was phenomenal. We will send all our friends here :)
