We had an awesome salesman, BUT this weekend we called to find out when the vehicle we traded in would be paid off and it was a total nightmare. I had to call 4 times before anyone really helped me and then we still have not been contacted since. 3 different times I was forwarded to mailboxes that were FULL! My overall experience at universal Nissan was great. The staff was very friendly and their customer servicing was excellent. I recently purchased my new car and with the help of Chris Roman the whole process was a breeze. I will definitely be returning in the future!

The sales representative Chris is very knowledgeable about the Leaf. I have a 2017 and wanted to test drive the new Leaf . I asked alot of questions and for once a salesperson who actually knows about the car amazing. I did ask out of the box questions and he answered flawlessly.
Terrible service and experience both here and Reed Nissan. I will never buy Nissan again. I’ve had nothing but problems since I purchased new back in 2017. Recently my car wouldn’t turn on and it turns out it was my Brake Light Switch. I asked over the phone if it was covered under warranty and they said I had to bring it in. In doing so they wanted to charge me $175 for something that should last the lifespan of my car and is clearly faulty.
