I take really good care of my car but every time I take it for service, the bill ends up being over $1500. This last one, check engine light came on and the repair was over $2,000. Plus I had to rent and pay for a car cause they don’t even provide you a loaner.

Never buy a Nissan‼️transmission are no good, your car will break before you pay it off
Good service & friendly..
Subpar customer service due to lack of proactive attitude. Buyers beware of faulty front collision sensors on model 2015 and newer. The automatic emergency brake is compromised due to this issue. Do not buy Nissan cars. They charge way too much for replacing/calibrating sensors even when the issue is pre existing.
Being Active Duty Military it is hard to find the time to search for a vehicle I want. Juan Cruz did everything in his power to find a good time for us to meet and find the car of my dreams. I thought the car was going to be too expensive, He showed me it wasn’t. I thought the process was going to take forever, He showed me it didn’t. And I thought I was too far to get the car, and He drove it to me. I’m happy that Not only Juan Cruz supports the US Military , but Universal Nissan does as well!
I did an appointment for the oil change and was waiting in there for 3 hours they are very unorganized.
