well let me tell you. I went to Universal Nissan for an oil and tire rotation on my 2017 Rouge SV and I was aproched by a saleman and down hill from there. I feel i was pressured into this new car i ask 5xs for my keys to my car but no he kept coming back with offer that i told them no i couldn't afford and then he brought a sale manger over and i told him the same thing but they kept assisting on a new vehicle i was there about 4 and a half hours and i just wanted to go home my grandson was so upset and i was getting upset ... read more
RecommendedI will highly recommend Universal Nissan to my friends and families because of the excellent service I got from Sarfaraz Ahmed. He was courteous, friendly and very helpful to us. He showed and explained to us the different features of the 2020 Nissan Murano that we bought. He was very nice to us, and very happy with the his service.
In Sept 2019, this dealership, which is in another state and I never visited, requested my credit report without my permission. They will not return my calls to explain how this happened.
Keith Priestley was awesome!! I went in to buy a used Rogue, but left with a new Kicks! I truly appreciate a salesperson who can show me all my options without pushing me in a certain direction. He took the time to show me several vehicles, and he was incredibly knowledgeable about each of them. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. i would recommend Universal Nissan, and Keith Priestley without hesitation!! It was a great experience!!
This dealership was such a nice change from the others I had visited in the last month. I was fortunate enough to be able to work with Luis Cabrera who did everything in his power to help me find the ideal car for my family and I. I have never met someone so dedicated on really helping me find the EXACT car I wanted, and Mr. Cabrera fulfilled that. I give this entire place a 5/5. Great staff, big thank you to Luis!
I went in for a cheap used vehicle left in a brand new 2019 Sentra. my situation was super tough but with the hard work and dedication the salesperson Luis Cabrera had he got it done NO problem! definitely would be seeing him again! super professional!
Juan Cruz is your go to guy when buying a car! Being that I was a newbie, he helped me throughout the whole process. He made sure I wasn’t lost or confused and if I had any questions, he made sure to answer them thoroughly. I had amazing service and I definitely recommend this place! 😊
The wait time is always ridiculous here. I was there 10 minutes before the service department even opened and they still took 3 hours to do an oil change and diagnose why my Bluetooth microphone wasn’t working (blown fuse). I didn’t even receive an update from my advisor until 2.5 hours in. I understand that the wait times are pretty pathetic at most dealerships, but 3 hours?!? I’ll drive out of my way next time to try a different Nissan dealership.
