We purchased a pre-owned certified 2014 Altima here last week...sales rep kept steering us to cars out of our price range and wasting time even though we specifically laid out what we were targeting for from a cost standpoint. LIARS THAT'S FOR SURE. They gave me fake carfax on the car. Told me I'm the second owner. In reality I was the fourth.
We have been to 3 dealerships in our search for a new car and Universal Nissan was by far the best. Right from the get-go everyone was friendly and treated us well even though we weren't trying to buy a super expensive car. Our salesperson Frank was awesome and very patient with us, and the finance person Norm was great also. I will be recommending this dealership to everyone! Victor Rodriguez is the man! I went in last Saturday with a beat up 96 Nissan maxima and nothing to put down on a new vehicle. My credit is very poor so i aimed low when it came to a car. no bank wanted to approve me, but Victor fought valiantly until finally he got Nissan themselves to finance me for a 2014 Sentra with only 8 miles on it. The Worst service ever!!!! Our 2014 Nissan Pathfinder had about 6 recalls and the service department at this Universal Nissan is the worst ....the service manager told me on the phone that we should find another company to do business , they really don't appreciate they costumers....
This company hired me for a sales position they made comment about my race and Origen made spend a few thousands of dollar requiring me to work out , stop smoking torturing me hacking my personal phone device made me sing a no compete agreement and fire me with no explanation of the reason I even discuss with my supervisor at that time that I was goin to rent a apartment this company was also giving me bad reference for me to be able to find a new job I had thousands of dollars in lost with my employment at this company I re... read more
Great service, fast and very friendly! Pulled into the service bay and the gentleman was waiting for me to stop and opened my door. Took my car back quickly, everyone super friendly, initiating conversions. Very good experience.

I had transmission problems. They replaced it. I'm having the same problems and now it's not the transmission. Edwin in the service department is rude and demeaning. Not sure if it's because I'm young or he's just lazy to do his job.
DESPICABLE SCAMMERS!! Stay away!! Give terms and draw up contracts then try to retract on offer after car has been transferred to owner's possession. When you call the lender to figure out what went wrong they state they never even received the application!!
