My dad and I went to Universal Nissan on Sunday 10/16/16 to look into trading my car. The staff was wonderful. Our sales specialist was Sarah Feliz and she was great. She was very patient to what it was I was looking for and showing my dad and myself different options. Even management staff steps on the floor and are very inviting and social as well. It was an awesome experience... They are great and their customer service was excellent. Jose and Chris worked hard and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I am very greatefull for having them every step of the way. My kids and I thank them and Nissan for this great experience.

Everyone at Universal made our car buying experience painless. It started with Mirko our sales guy who was patient with our million questions. He was very personable and down to earth. The professionalism didn't end once the papers were signed it has continued with follow up calls and emails.

Excellent people and excellent service!!!!! I purchased my 2016 Nissan Maxima approximately 2 months ago from these guys. No other Nissan dealership could match or beat the deal that I received at Universal Nissan. I am very happy with my new automobile and I am extremely happy with my low monthly payments.
