Horrible customer service huge difference between educating the customer and treating them like a waste of your time! I WAS a repeat customer I brought you friends and family never again and It was here that we got fucked over in the first place nvr again !!!!! Do not buy from here !!! I'll be sure to let everyone know that I deal with or know

I was thinking of taking my Nissan for a front wheel alignment, so I called to ask to see if they had any specials. 89.99 for a FOUR WHEEL alignment. I was told they don't do just front wheel alignments...WOW...

This place is awful, after three days and all four brakes being replaced, my husband went to pickup our truck. As he was about to pull out of Parking lot, he realized he had NO brakes, nothing. Luckily he was able to turn back into lot but almost hit one of their vehicles. He had to pull his E-brake to stop! I spent nearly $800!! This could have caused my husband extreme harm. Unacceptable!

I had such a great experience! Alexis Ortiz was absolutely wonderful from start to finish in helping me get into my new Nissan Rogue. The sales manager and finance department were also great to work with.

Universal Nissan is a terrible place that lacks professionalism and does not stand by the customer. I urge everyone to go to reed Nissan where your business will be considered as important and you will get results. Saul and his service manager are by far the most unprofessional and treated my fiancé and myself like we were idiots. I was told by service Manager Henry Machin(what automotive school did you go to!) after trying to get our car fixed due to some transmission failure issues. I think all nissan dealerships have the worst us to me service. Never again will I buy a nissan!!! Called nissan a few mins ago and asked for service was put on hold and after 10mins of waiting parts answered they transferred me back to the same lady who answered to begin with. I told her I was tired of waiting and needed someone in service. After all that waiting and asking for parts I demanded to speak to a manager only for her to tell me she was the service secretary but she was limited on knowledge...WOW!!!!!
