Horrible service department. Avoid them at all costs

Do your research before buying from this dealership! Check BBB and how they don't stand behind the vehicles they sell. There are tons of complaints about the product, customer service and integrity. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! Morgan and Morgan Law firm will be after them soon..

This is the worst place Ever do not trust anyone here they sell cars and do not stand behind what they sell. A family member purchased a jeep that was told it was in perfect running condition and it was not right after purchase the transmission went out and they would not call or deal with my family member again. She is now having to pay for a vehicle repairs out of pocket or trade in car already. This jeep should have been looked over before being sold and it was not! Went to see some cars for our daughter and they helped every way they could to give us the best price and best APR. Jack and Jay were so amazing, my husband and I purchased 3 new vehicles in less of a week! Definitely recommend them to anyone looking into getting a new car with the best price and APR in town!

Bought my 2016 370z at sutherlin nissan a month ago. Great Dealership. Took it to universal for a minor issue since they were closer to my house. Made the appointment a week in advance. The had me down for an oil change. Wrong! Then they tell me that they would keep my car for up to 8 hours. Ridiculous! Then they asked if I bought my car there. When I said no, their whole attitude changed. When you buy a Nissan or any other brand of car for that matter, somewhere else, you should be able to take it to any nissan service dept... read more

I have brought 5 vehicles with the universal group and every time they get worst. I will not buy another vehicle there again. So much for loyal customers that doesn't matter to this company. I am very disappointed with Universal Nissan, and it a shame cause I like Nissan, but next one might be a Toyota or Honda.

I learned in 2003 & 2004 to never buy a vehicle from this place. Customer service is A+ till they sell you the car, then they don't want to have anything to do with you if there are problems or concerns. Reed Nissan actually cares after the sale.
