I went in without a real intention of buying a car, just to see if I find something that could catch my eye for the right price. I walked out with a brand new nissan for the same amount I was paying for my old one with the help of Sam Sahman and I couldn’t be more grateful! We came to Universal a little over a year ago to purchase a vehicle and had a terrible experience and ended of leaving and finding a vehicle somewhere else due to poor customer service and sales not listening to what we the customer wanted. We have a Maxima with a check engine light on and called Friday for an appointment for today my husband drops off the vehicle and goes back to talk to someone to discuss the issue only to be told they don’t service vehicles with over 100K miles on them.
