What a nightmare! First of all when you call the people answering the phones looooove putting you on a nice long hold OR transferring you to the wrong person! SECOND: they are clueless here! I got the maintenance package for my car and when I went to get an oil change they told me I didn’t have a package. I went to my finanace guy, Eric, who said I did have the package...yet he still hasn’t fixed or updated my information in the computer. I recommend Universal Nissan 100% Chris Roman helped me when I had some service issues with my Versa & took time to show me around while my car was being worked on. He showed me some of the new cars and really took time getting to know what my interests and needs are. As soon as I’m ready to part ways with my Versa, I’ll be making my way back to see Chris for my next Nissan. Thanks for employing kind, not-pushy sales people!
