HORRIBLE customer service in the service department! It should NEVER take 4 1/2 hours for an oil change. And the employees are so rude and disrespectful to customers. It’s a shame that there are no Nissan dealerships locally with good service departments because when things need to be repaired that are under warranty, you are forced to go to the dealership. Because of this....I will NEVER buy another Nissan.

This place is great! Was in the market for a new vehicle and Billy King really took care of me. He was courteous, patient, informative and overall, a real professional. He listened to what my needs and wants were and showed me inventory accordingly. He was not pushy and really cared to provide me with a fair deal.
