when it was still universal disposal they did the job right both trash carts emptied. now they are waste management they only picked up 1 out of our 2 carts and the one they picked up was the one that was the least full. so if they don't pick up BOTH my carts tomorrow their getting a angry call tomorrow. we pay for 2 96 gallon carts and they take the half full one over the overflowing one.
Whats with the fuel surcharge on bill? Fuel is cheaper now but still same surcharge as when it was high.....is it ever lowered if fuel prices drop?...no I don't think so.
Easily a five star company. However, I just received a letter in the mail saying they are now owned by waste management. Never had any problems with Universal, unlike Waste Management. Disappointed that yet another good, afordable company is now W.M.
