Great Job and Honest Prices – Our carpets had not been cleaned since they were installed after TS Allison, 10 years ago. Universal did a FANTASTIC job steam cleaning our berber carpets. Excellent, reasonable carpet cleaning service – I was selling my home and as part of my contract, I had to clean the carpets in my home using a professional service and provide a receipt. Amazing Service! – A great experience with a new company that I selected off the internet--no referral. That's always scary but I was under the gun with surprise house guests arriving and a doggy-smelling carpet. I left a frantic message at night and when I called at noon the next day from work to see if he'd received it, he'd already been to the house, cleaned the carpet, and taken care of everything since my BF was still at home. Great service! – I called Universal Carpet Care through a referral from my realtor. Jimmy quoted me a very fair price and came to our house on short notice. He worked extremely hard to get our carpet clean, and I have to say that it looks almost brand new! He certainly exceeded my expectations. Jimmy was courteous, prompt, and very professional. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and I'd recommend him to anyone. Give him a call...you'll be glad you did!

This is the company you are looking for! – We chose UCC b/c of a review we read on Citysearch. When we called, we talked to a straight forward carpet cleaner and not a salesperson (loved that). The BEST service ever!!!!! – I had UCC out to clean my microfiber couch that was in terrible condition and Jimmy was the perfect man for the job!! There was no waiting around all day because he was EARLY (what a concept) and finished in a timely manner. He explained everything to me as he was cleaning and the finished product is better than I could have ever expected!!
