DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! I advised Jimmy that I was in a different city and wanted to get the carpet cleaned before I move in. I had my mother meet him at the house. My appointment was from 1-3, he arrived early around 11am. She wasn't expecting to be their that early. He got aggrivated because he had to wait on her as if it was an inconvenience for him. Will definitely hire in the future! – I had a couch and loveseat that have seen better days but thought cleaning may breathe a little more life into them. Based on the reviews, I called Jimmy at Universal. He quoted me a price that had no hidden fees in it, and made the appointment. Do not use this company !!!!! – This service call was the worst experience ...... I bought the groupon and needed extra things done including cleaning a large rug. Jimmy lacked any customer service skills or qualities of selling me on his capabilities. He was very hot headed and made me feel like I was wasting HIS time. Highly Recommend Universal Carpet Cleaning – I called Universal Carpet Cleaning to come clean our carpets and treat them for pet odors. I spoke to Jimmy who was extremely polite and professional and he showed up promptly as agreed. Upon arrival to our house, Jimmy went straight to work diligently and professionally. Excellent service!!!! – I had previously made an appointment with another carpet cleaning service that was over 2 hours late before finally returning my call 3 calls, only to let me know that it would be another 2 hours before they could get to me. I was pretty upset, and was in no hurry to deal with this again if I made another appointment. Forget replacing the carpets... – Jimmy Rivers definitely knows what he's doing. He's a little rough around the edges, but he is a real pro when it comes to getting tough stains and smells out of carpets that are 28+ years old. I know, I know. I should have replaced the carpets, but after seeing what he did, I didn't need to.
What a Unbelievable improvement! – WOW! I thought there was no hope for our old carpeting - stains from raising 3 boys, cats and dogs! I am so very glad that I switched from the "dry" style cleaning.
