Bought a car from Kenan the car was great. and he helped me throgh the process.
I was a little disappointed when I got there I was there to buy the white Cadillac escalade that was on line but when I did get there it had been sold. But they said that the web site is done by an outside service and had not been updated yet and they were very sorry, Then the manager came out into the showroom and told us that they just bought another one but it was an esv model and was black and in great condition. I had a very wonderful experience!!! I searced online for a Nissan Altima and I found one on Universal's website!!! It had a great price and very low miles!!! I called and was connected to Nathan .He immediately went to work and emailed me the information about the car. We set up a meeting time and I came in that evening and test drove the car. After, we got the paper work together and I left in my new car!!! The process was smooth and seamless and Nathan was very friendly and helpful!! I'd recommed them to anyone!

Great experience from start to finish. We had decided to buy the toyota and started the process locally in the Orlando area. Experience at the local dealership was terrible. They showed legit interest in making this deal happen, and MOST importantly gave a me a lot more money for my trade than any other dealer here in Orlando, and excellent financing program ,I shopped around for quite some time.
