If I needed help or advice in completing a task, they were always there to help, I really recommend this place to buy cars because price upfront , no hiding fee,help to do financing even if you don't have good credit.

They showed legit interest in making this deal happen, and MOST importantly gave a me a lot more money for my trade than any other dealer here in Orlando, and excellent financing program ,I shopped around for quite some time. Our experiences with Universal auto plaza have always been delightful. We came to dealer ship the staff was very helpful. We did not buy on our first visit but after shopping around and experiencing other dealers ways of doing business also price , we came back and bought a vehicle.
