PA Vander Wal took extra time to hear my concerns, run labs, and suggested a diagnosis that proved to be right upon further testing at the ER/hospital. Very thankful for her time and expertise.
This urgent care clinicians pre-triage you and then calls to say they won't see you, after you've waited a full day for your appointment. I am tired of Unity Point giving patients false online scheduling capabilities and then turning patients away for their issues. I've had insomnia, shaking, sweating, and high bp for the past three nights, all symptoms of undiagnosed diabetes, diagnosable with a simple blood draw. Awful customer service. Receptionists are extremely rude just when calling to schedule an appointment. This is not somewhere I will ever be going.
