Unspeakably bad service. Unity Death would be a more appropriate name for this healthcare organisation. It is incredibly difficult to speak to any one. When you do it is more than likely that they will fail to do what they promise. They do t return calls. They don’t respond to enquiries from your insurers. The appointment system is terrible and difficult to use. I am very computer friendly and still find it incredibly difficult. Amazingly their online appointments system only works office hours.
