Leaving messages for the last 6 weeks to report faulty inverter unit, no one ever calls back
We used this company in Rye Victoria and had a good experience, Then, we used them again in QLD and the result was a disaster. I wouldn't use this company again ever. The totally dropped the ball and left us to get to repaired by another company. They had the previous review removed so this is a simple warning to look to another company for you solar needs, or if you use them, I told you so.
Have an issue with solar app and inverter, it’s now been about 3 years since it was installed and have called United Solar 5 times and still waiting to hear back from them. Seems like they don’t care after sales.
United Solar personify the word - Brilliant! From the Owner through to the installation staff the communication, punctuality and professionalism was outstanding. The Owner took the time to personally ring me on a weekend and explain the Industry, the differences between systems and actually talked me into spending less money. From a relationship and customer service perspective, this is rare in my experience. United Solar, through the actions that backed up their words, are the only Solar company I would recommend.. We have had my solar for just over a year now and it has been fantastic. When I have had some questions around its efficiency Nichole has helped me out and provided some excellent suggestions and advice. Nichole did a thorough assessment and was just amazing ,and an absolute delight to deal with. I was very appreciative of her help. Highly recommend this company. After-sale support has been great!
