Very disappoint with UOB service. Request Home Loan 3 times in 4 week TOTALLY RADIO.SILENCE. After write in COMPLAINT then someone called and email. When enquiry was emailed and again 2 days silence. I really not sure if the financial agent know their job ? Home Loan had time frame to follow and yet they don’t respond. Is it UOB set KPI , if Loan amount low can set aside.
The gentlemen who helped with the exchange SGD to CHF was friendly and efficient, I arrived without any special booking and don't have any bank accounts in Singapore (just the average tourist). Their rates are surprisingly good, when I exchanged (on a Sunday evening) the spread was under 1%.
Really poor service, the staff is very impatient... bad experience with UOB...
