They take over a week to do prior-authorizations for urgent medications for patience with urgent needs.
Today I went in for an issue and got brought straight to a room. I went to stand up to get to the bathroom and give a urine sample and noticed I was sitting on someone else’s sheet that they had urinated on. I go to the bathroom to pee in the cup and there’s urine EVERWHERE (floor&toilet) I started crying bc it took ALOT out of me to convince me to go bc I was in so much pain but was so freaked by how much urine was everywhere from start to finish. Definitely calling the health department. Totally unsanitary. Staff was great... read more

RecommendedThe staff checked on me regularly,they were busy and it is a hospital so yes the wait was long,but they treated my symptoms and all were friendly.

RecommendedOn Tuesday, July 21, 2020 my dad was rushed to the emergency room at Unity Hospital after an episode of unresponsiveness due to advanced Parkinson's and (it turned out) pneumonia. He was admitted that same night. Tomorrow (Monday, July 27, 2020) my dad goes home. Our family has made the difficult decision to put him on home hospice care. There will be no more trips to the hospital for him from here on. The reason I am leaving this review is to praise your staff for the outstanding care my dad received throughout his hospital... read more

This family has been fans of RGH for decades. My husband wouldn't go anywhere else. My children, now adults, received wonderful care there. And my husband spent 54 years working in EMS CARING FOR OTHERS, and deserves far better. 6800 is a HELL HOLE! I would not send my DOG there! The medical staff are kind but grossly understaffed and overworked. Call bells are rarely answered within 20 minutes or more.
