RecommendedHave had two cataract surgeries in the past two weeks, and give high marks to UMMC staff from the front desk to surgical and support staff, to the great RNs and Dr. Eric Wu, who performed the surgery. yet again you guys misdiagnosed a fracture as a sprain! didnt even put the Air cast on for me! made me walk on a fractured foot! if it doesnt heal right I'm looking at surgery!! so thank again for not doing the job right!
Someone very close to me went to the emergency room here for having a dangerously high heart rate 248 bpm and weakness and shaking uncontrollably. She had bloodwork show that she has a hyperthyroidism. Apparently they didn’t think it was concerning enough to prescribe her any kind of medicine for it or do anything for her other than tell her to make an appointment with her primary care doctor to get more testing done and they sent her home incredibly weak and still shaking. It is a great place to work and patients are well cared for.
My wife’s intestine purferrated they saved her life thank god for them.
My husband cut his head open. We walked in they took us right back. Did a ct scan. And 7 staples. We were out in an hour. The staff from receptionist to dr were excellent. Treated very well and the free coffee was excellent.
staff that does their job with knowledge of the job. speed of infants and children getting in needs to improve. its uncalled for when u walk in and have to wait with an infant durin high flu season..waited 45min then the room filled and they started takin elderly in. which is fine i get it but y we sit for 45min with not on person for an infant. poor poor hospital. u would die befor u got seen and taken care of here. i wouldnt go here again. sad they can call themselves a hospital...they r a far cry from it.
They provided exemplary care! We were thoroughly impressed with our day at the medical center. The medical center staff, nurses and doctors were all pleasant, patient and just overall wonderful- especially given that the patient was a four year-old. Highly recommended!
the office staff and Drs are very polite and professional! They are extremely knowledgeable. Visits are always a lot faster then any Drs I have ever dealt with.
