Urgent care is the worst facility I have ever experienced. Sat for over 2 hrs and told doctors were called out for "emergency " yet watched several others that came in after be called back and leave. place is a joke
RecommendedThe maternity wing was absolutely phenomenal when I delivered my son. Between the thorough doctors and helpful nurses I would recommend EVERYONE to deliver their children there!
RecommendedDid the staff change? Great move if it did. We saw a PA named Crystal. You guys need to keep this one! She was patient, kind and explained everything. Our previous experiences always involed that cruel patient-shaming doctor. No one should be afraid to seek medical attention! This PA even smiles! And the food was great, as always!
RecommendedWe are away from home so we took our son to United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia and we had the BEST visit! Right in and out, meds for the night until we are able to get them in the morning, and the nicest people! So thankful for them. He is already laying in bed peacefully with a double inner ear infection😓❤️
RecommendedI have had ankle surgery here when I broke my ankle in 3 spots, and I’ve had a C Section here. I was treated so well both times.
I went into emergency on June 5th for a dislocated and fractured ankle. I had a great experience. They were professional but yet friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was admitted to 3rd floor so I could have surgery the following day. My surgeon was wonderful and I was treated great. Nurses were so nice. I am not use to anyone waiting on me but I had no weight bearing and the CNA’s and nurses never made me feel like I was a bother. The hospital was clean. The food was decent . This was the second time I have used them to be able to have my baby and I absolutely loved it. The best nurse was Morgan from the maternity wing she made my stay so much better and when she spoke to me she spoke to me as a mother and understanding.
Start acting like a hospital. Will never go here again. I will travel to buffalo hospitals
