My daughter was tranfered here , I proud of ms. Tonya Loper....she did amazing considering how potentially the risk was..my compliments to the surgeons, the amazing nurses, support staff of the three hospitals involved ..wasaw, Batavia was great, but Unity in Rochester was remarkable...the nurses, the doctors and surgeons were, well , just as caring and honest ,straight forward as anybody could ask.They did what they needed to do to fix the issue, and save my little girls hand.thank you ..everyone was great...and the little ... read more
Very disorganized they confuse patients meds and send wrong paper work home with patients to tell them how to be able to take care of themselves after ED visit Scary .

I will not go there again, was in the er last night , went in by ambulance, was shaky and falling and dizzy and lightheaded, and just not feeling good, my nurse was decent, but the doctor I had was Dr Michaels and she is worthless, she told me she didn't want to admit me because of sick people upstairs, I even fell in there bathroom, and she still did not want to find out why, instead she told me that it was the pain in my hip and stress, I did not have pain in my hip when I woke up yesterday morning, didn't have it until I ... read more
