I live in Columbus Ohio and my moms in there quite a bit cuz she has bad health and every single time I have to call the ER they are so rude that's why they get one star I would give them 0 but the people that are on the floor when she gets admitted are very nice. They would get 5 stars need to do something about your ER staff get ones that actually don't mind dealing with patients that come in

My mother came here via ambulance once after she couldn't breathe. Told her is was a torn muscle. Went back to her neck specialist weeks later and discovered the pins moved in her neck. Uncle went in for severe coughs and was told he had the flu. Followed up with another hospital days later to discover is was full blown pneumonia. I went in after a bad reaction to a morning after pill and was sent home with documents saying I had a stomach bug. Turns out I had a miscarriage after following up with my gyno.
