Dr.Kleine is absolutely the best.Caring,understanding,compassionate. Great listener and truly wants u to know the facts,explains them completely . My pain and dx were fully relieved on this visit
staff that does their job with knowledge of the job. speed of infants and children getting in needs to improve. its uncalled for when u walk in and have to wait with an infant durin high flu season..waited 45min then the room filled and they started takin elderly in. which is fine i get it but y we sit for 45min with not on person for an infant. poor poor hospital. u would die befor u got seen and taken care of here. i wouldnt go here again. sad they can call themselves a hospital...they r a far cry from it.

I brought my daughter last night to emergency for asthma and difficulty breathing. The person at the main desk was rude when directing us to pediatrics and she was given no help even though walking was difficult due to being short of breath. The triage nurse in pediatrics was horrible. My daughter was beginning to turn blue and having chest pain. But the nurse told her it was a “sore throat” and that her oxygen was “good” (but didn’t tell us what it was). The whole time, my daughter was gasping for breath and couldn’t talk. ... read more
