Joe-If you are reading this, you need to know that on Saturday January 18th, I went to your Penfield location to take a simple urine test that my new job required. Your website says you are open at 8:45 Saturday mornings. I, along with other people were there waiting in the cold parking lot waiting for that location to open. RecommendedGreat service, fast and caring staff when we couldn't get into our PCP for 2 days. Very impressed with provider Arieal Cook at Greece location. She was very thorough in her examination, did an excellent job explaining and answering questions. She is a great asset to the team.

The nurses and staff can treat their patients and patient advocates with respect and dignity. Slow service and the ER staff is rude.
