I never received my package from UDS the driver delivered it to the wrong address and they said the driver is trying to retrieve my package.they said it was delivered on the 29th I talked to a lady Friday night . the 6th and said they had the package and I called this morning and now they said they haven't gotten in contact with the driver and to call back Monday can I please get some help with this matter

They failed to deliver the package to my apartment complex. Rather than locating the leasing office that owns my building, they decided to drop it off at the the closest office that offered leasing I live in a college town so theres about 20+ different offices. Stole $400 worth of wedding material. Customer ********************** is a joke. They placed the box as delivered and signed. Clearly someone is forging information. I have cameras around my house and no one ever showed up. I dont live in the hood. No one stole it!!!! UDS did

This is without question the worst delivery service ever. I think the price of shipping at the 3 good places ****************** has gone up a bit due to inflation and gas, and companies have gotten desperate and gone to this trash tier delivery service. Multiple companies have used them and gotten burnt and had to re-deliver my order at their expense.They leave the packages in the ditch, in the rain, outside. Ignorant woman threw my Ulta package at my house from a distance, snapped a pic & sped off like it was such an inconvenience for her to do her job!! Very disappointed, my olaplex shampoo was busted open and spilled on everything else in the box. UDS also makes it impossible to contact them and submit a ring video showing their employee throwing a package at my house. Un-fricking-believable!!

Ive had multiple problems with this delivery service and am unsure why the big chain store that I shop at would even use them. My latest delivery was early this morning, and the driver left my package in the middle of the driveway (of an apartment building) like they didnt even get out of the vehicle, just threw it out the window where a car couldve easily run it over. Theyre drivers are lazy and clearly unintelligent and Im not happy. If youre a company and you want to lose customers, then use UDS to deliver for you.

My package from Nordstrom said it was delivered on my doorstep but we didnt receive any package. I reported this to Nordstrom who later told me UDS confirmed the delivery and has the *** coordinates of the delivery scan therefore couldnt issue a refund and closed the investigation. After reviewing our home security footage to make sure we didnt lose the package, we asked UDS to send us a photo of the delivered package. The photo showed the package but it was NOT our doorstep. I ordered from Ulta, UDS said package was delivered, I never received. Ulta them resent my order, again using UDS. The tracking shows delivered. I AGAIN DID NOT RECEIVE!!

This company is a joke. On 4 separate purchases throughout this last year they have lost/not delivered my American Eagle orders. Everytime American Eagle uses them my tracking info gets stuck on waiting carrier pickup or they said there was a problem delivering my packages.
