This is definitely an instance that I wish ZERO stars was an option. I had 2 instances with UDS within 3 days and it's enough to last me a lifetime. On 11/9 I received an email stating that my package was delivered. I was confused because I had been home ALL day and my doorbell never rang. I go outside to find an empty box. Worst delivery experience EVER!!!I ordered a package from a store that I have ordered from multiple times. They used this particular delivery service and I have yet to receive my package. I received an email stating that my package has been delivered to a mail room. My apartment complex does not have a mail room at all. Delivery guy threw my package from front of my lawn to my front door. Which is about 30 feet Hes lucky no one was home, & just my camera caught him. I would give 0 stars if I could. Careless

United Delivery Service does not employ the drivers they are contracted out to deliver packages, we are in agreement that they may need more training and coaching and will relay this feedback to the right parties.
Claimed they delivered my package on 7/29 by throwing it over our security fence but in their delivery update said the package was signed for. I received two other packages the same day after the 30 mins after the time they supposedly delivered with no issues. They basically told me there was nothing they could no and tried to make it seem like some one stole my package. Ive lived in the building for 5 years and never had an issue with a package. I recently ordered a package that was being shipped by UDS. I tracked my package and it said that the package was delivered, but I had never received the package. I contacted UDS and received a response that said, "Your issue has been acknowledged and is now being worked on." The package had my phone number on it, which is how I found out it had been delivered to the wrong house. The person who received my package called and let me know. I wish i could just not rate because this si not the fist time i encounter issues with your carriers and delivery service. I wrote this mesage to them and they have not responded back to resolve the matter --This package was not delivered. It was marked delivered yesterday but the carrier did not delivered the package and it was not left near the house or in the mailbox. The driver put the package under our car. We ran over the package. Who does that? What happened to doing a job well. I have several weeks on this delivery. I would NEVER ship with United Delivery Svc.

They say they delivery the package and where is the package I never receive the package and they say it was sign for and it was not sign and they claim and left the package and did not ring the **** and left the package and he say they use there own cars how we know when I want to file the report against the driver they giving me excuses and now the package is gone what to the package all I know they took the package why would you leave the package and not the customer
