Horrible delivery service. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. My meal delivery service uses them and 5 out of 8 deliveries were late. One showed up at 11pm on the actual delivery day, so technically still sort of on time. My latest box just showed up 3 days late. They delivered perishable food that has now been sitting on one of their trucks for 3 days. Terrible company. Please go with someone else.

United delivery service was used by xpluswear clothing company. I ordered dresses for a formal event. I was told that the delivery service has my dresses and they will be delivering them the next day. The dresses were waiting to be delivered they received them Wednesday morning. The Dresses were not delivered until Sunday. The packages were thrown on the ground one of them in the street so it could be ran over by cars. This is terrible service. They are horrible. I have had a terrible experience with them. First they said they couldnt locate my address we made contact and gave them specific instructions to include my my phone number. They then put in Will Call on website I called and attempted to get location to pick up they then stayed I could not pick up. I was informed someone would call me within the hour several hour later I called back and was told there was nothing I could do and I had to just wait for them to contact me about my package. Do not use UDS. Ive made purchases from Anthropologie and ******** that were shipped using UDS. My Anthropologie order, placed in September, never arrived. The status still shows its on the way (today is January 29th). I called UDS and was told that Id have to speak to someone else about my package and they werent there. I had upgraded my shipping at ******** but my package is now past the delivery date- the status only shows its running late. I have had only bad experiences with this delivery company. I would get a box of prepared meals delivered and they would not even ring the doorbell. they would practically throw the box on the landing on my front steps. "Id hear the "thump!!" and know it was delivered. One time my box was delivered next door. my address is clearly marked!! Overall very unprofessional. They deliver out of an unmarked minivan.

I ordered from fashion nova back in NOVEMBER !!! Their site say this company is my shipping company and its been shipped already . I tried to tack my package with the provided tracking number , absolutely nothing popped up ! I'm furious. I'm currently deployed and due to return back to the states in a couple of days I was looking forward to my items . they are the worst company to have to chose to do business with!

Horrible. They have had my package 17 days in ***********, **. Ive called three times and have gotten three different excuses. I have asked if I could pick up the package myself and got a less than believable excuse. I am livid

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The worst service I have ever received in my life. Avoid using this company at all costs. My building has a mailroom where packages are supposed to be delivered. This company left the package in the wrong location and because there were no delivery instructions they took a picture of it on top of a garbage can and left it there. The footage of the mailroom doesn't show anyone delivering a package. Not a single carrier has ever needed delivery instructions to leave the package INSIDE the ... read more

This has to be the worst service I ever received from any delivery service. I would not ever use them myself personally or with my business. I have 2 packages coming from gap. On ordered 7 weeks ago and one ordered 4 weeks ago. They have been picked up and are somewhere in limbo for 6 weeks and 2.5 weeks. I tried to call customer service. I was put on hold for 20 minutes, somebody picked up and then hung up. I called back and after 35 minutes somebody picked up.
