Ulta sent me a package through UDS. Their tracking said it was delivered but I never got it. I contacted them and got a photo of the package at someone else's address with a message that said "case resolved". Ulta sent a replacement, again through UDS. Their tracking shows they delivered it when I was home yet no one rang my doorbell with a package. Hence, no second package. I don't understand how they are still in business. They should get a negative star.

They use independent drivers that steal your packages and customer ********************** refuses to do anything.
Worst service ever. UDS delivered a package to me this morning. I was in my garage, door partially opened, when all of a sudden my package comes flying across my driveway. They threw it . Good thing it wasn't breakable. But what if it was. Who would of paid for it. I was shocked. I tried to call company to complain and they hang up on you. If you ask me this is a very badly ran company who doesn't care about their service. Who throws packages across your driveway. Unbelievable.

United Delivery Service does not employ the drivers they are contracted out to deliver packages, we are in agreement that they may need more training and coaching and will relay this feedback to the right parties.
The worse shipping company ever! Every other carrier manage to use your mailbox to deliver your package or mail or they ring your doorbell Atleast to acknowledge it. I wasnt even aware that I had a package sitting on the porch for hours just to find a email later saying its delivered. Lost package, zero communication. Horrible experience. Had I known my shipment was going to go through this company I would have never placed an order.
They are the worst delivery/laziest company Ive ever seen. They throw the packages from ***** feet away to land on my porch. I have a Nest video doorbell and have multiple videos which confirm their extremely poor delivery method. Today they threw it so far it landed in my tree/brush which they then hand to pick up and then continued to throw it on my porch. It is clothes but they dont know if theres something else in the package which is breakable.
Bunch of lazy incompetent people behind the phones. I called a week ahead of my packages scheduled delivery time to correct an address. Representative said she could and to send an email to corp@uniteddeliveryservice. I did that, and thought it would be corrected. Even called morning of delivery to verify, no one answered the phones even though it says "24/7 representatives". UDS reported my package was delivered today, 5/14/22 to my front door. I live in a gated community. It wasnt delivered! I called their customer ********************** # and requested manager. I was told I was speaking with a manager. The manager emailed me a dark photo claiming the package was delivered. It was delivered outside ******** on a major thoroughfare! I never received my package from UDS the driver delivered it to the wrong address and they said the driver is trying to retrieve my package.they said it was delivered on the 29th I talked to a lady Friday night . the 6th and said they had the package and I called this morning and now they said they haven't gotten in contact with the driver and to call back Monday can I please get some help with this matter
