IM CONVINCED THEY ARE STEALING PEOPLES PACKAGES!!! Mine says it was delivered and its nowhere to be found. I was home when they supposedly delivered the package . This company needs to be fined and its upsetting that we have to contact the seller to let them know we need a refund.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I order almost everything online and never have delivery issues UNLESS the merchant ships with UDS. I have had 5 packages ship from Nordstrom and American Eagle with UDS. Received tracking numbers and none of the packages ever showed up! When you call UDS you are just told that the team will be made aware of the situation. Horrible customer **********************.

Absolutely awful! I have a package that is over 3 weeks late. It keeps saying it is bounced between two facilities. I called today since its said its been out for delivery for the past two days and was told there was nothing they could do besides wait 3-5 business days. I was asking if I could find out what facility my package is at in hopes to track it down. I was told in a not nice manner that they couldnt disclose that information. Shipment from ********* shipped out from them on 11/23/21picked up by UDS.as of 12/11/21 no word on when it will be delivered. Was given 2 different delayed datesstill not here. This is not a well run shipping company.

I wouldnt even give them a 1 star. They stated my package was delivered. I opened a ticket. They were quick to send me a picture saying we delivered it to the front door. The house was not my house and after further investigation(resourcing to ********* I found out the house they supposedly delivered my package to was no where even near my house. I have had 4 orders ship through UDS. First order was never received. Second was delivered to my neighbors porch. Third I actually received & the most current, no one know where it's at. They don't even have tracking number correct. I will not be ordering from the company if they continue business with UDS.

This company is horrible. The driver left a package outside of my building where I live in. He or she did not bother to put the package in a secure location inside. No one bothered to ring my doorbell or call. The customer ********************** support is a joke. I received a notice at 11:45pm that a package had been delivered on 11/16/21. The customer ********************** rep said the package was delivered at 3:45pm, what a joke, I work at home and no call or nothing.

They are terrible. They lose your tracking number and can't find your package so you don't get updates. They are constantly a week or more late if they don't officially lose the package first.
