Worst Dealership In Austin. The Staff Is Very Rude and They Don’t Try To Work With You At All. Got a car from them in February made all my payments on time. Tires had to be replaced the first month due to them being worn out. After 2 more Months my Battery Died and I Was Told That The Battery They Had In My Car Had Been Entirely Too Small For The Car. They constantly kill the engine in my car no matter if I’m uptodate on payments or not. The staff is rude. I haven’t been able to take my car into service due to backed up calls and no estimated time to receive my car back. I love my car it’s just the people I’m buying it from I rather not deal with. As a mother of 2 and currently pregnant I rather just deal with a dealership that act human and not like a robot.
Stop scamming people and work on actually giving working vehicles
They don’t care about any of the people buying cars and most of their cars wouldn’t pass inspection and are faulty in many different ways. My friends car could’ve blown up because of how bad it was and they didn’t even care
They are unprofessional if you’re a female and have to deal with the females good luck they all are very rude. I tried getting MY BELONGINGS OUT OF A LEMON CAR THEY SOLD ME and they refused me to get my things and they are stalkers and take the cars home instead of locking them up! DONT BUY FROM THEM
they gave my friend a lemon with super high rates she sunk money into then stalked her after she missed one payment to take it back with all of her credit cards, work stuff and other belongings in it. terrible never buy a car from these crooks.
