they don't communicate whatsoever. with eachother or their billing dept. had the managers ever called us back the 20x my daughter called or my fiance and given us correct information we wouldn't be in the position we are in now. w(we got better cars though) we know how to pay our bills when we are given correct information. beware they don't help at all!!!! aaaaand we tried both locations.

If anybody needs a car with no credit to bad credit come to united auto! Talk to anybody there they are so nice and helpful but Kimberly is the one that made this possible for me! In house financing!
