My boyfriend Marcus bought a VW Passat with putting $1,750 down and after driving off the lot the daylight lamp was out along with the blinker, as well as finding out by another mechanic that the AC Compressor is no good, brakes grinding and squeaking.. He is very upset that he was sold the car in that condition and now they refuse to take the car back or give him a trade in option! Do not get a car from here!!
Easy sales process, but that is it. Seems like they do not want to honor the warranty. Service manager pushed my appointment out until my warranty expired.
I bought a car, but when I tried to schedule service they seemed like they did not want to help. I have a family mechanic, lucky me, cause the car would of over heated. Then they transfer me to another finance company with no notice.
Got my car over 2 yrs still haven’t paid it off and price hasn’t even gone down turned in another car for the one I got clean title and all they sold that vehicle with my husbands name still on the tittle and they keep going thru the toll road , also when I called and asked why they haven’t changed it they said I had to do it myself which I feel like that’s not my responsibility, also with 3 weeks of non payment even though I did a payment arrangement they still came and picked up my car with all my belongings in there , whe... read more
