I appreciate the car service. they try to have your car fixed immediately and the office. you can now pay in person with cash or credit card and spin the wheel and see what you win. today I got ten bucks off my car note next month.

absolutely do not give in! the sales rep. I worked with was friendly and feed through my desperate need for a vehicle. friendly and professional yes(at the dealership only), low down payment yes, left within an hour yes.. a week later check engine light came on, went to get it check, mechanic sent me a video of how bad my breaks were, tires needed to be replaced. then fourth month came in, I was late $20 on one payment and my car was repossessed. yes! all they sell is lemons for a high price, don't waist your time
I’ve had my car for 3 months and gratefully Iva has no problems!! All sales persons are very wonderful! Lily is awesome person!

Their customer service is horrible. They harass you for proof of insurance that you've given them multiple times. Every vehicle sold has multiple issues that should be addressed prior to purchase. Then they take forever to service the vehicle and half the time that's not done correctly. When I got tired of 1 of the lemons they sold me and told them I no longer wanted it they wrongfully repossessed my other vehicle 5 days after I paid the note. Worse experience ever. I wouldn't recommend a dog to them.
